You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service provides financial news aggregation, market data visualization, and AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only
• Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any securities, financial instruments, or investments
• Golden Ears Finance is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary
• We owe you no fiduciary duty and do not act in your best interest regarding investment decisions
• You are solely responsible for your own investment research and decisions
• You assume all risk associated with any trading or investment decisions you make
• Past performance discussed or displayed in the Service does not guarantee future results

The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate summaries, analyses, narratives, alerts, and other content ("AI Content"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect
• AI systems can produce errors, hallucinations, or misleading outputs
• AI Content should never be the sole basis for any investment, trading, or financial decision
• You must independently verify all information before acting on it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI Content
• AI Content is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind

Market data, stock quotes, financial metrics, and related information displayed in the Service may be:

• Delayed by 15 minutes or more
• Sourced from third-party providers over whom we have no control
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors
• Subject to interruptions, delays, or unavailability

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or availability of any market data. You should verify all data through official sources before making any decisions.

The Service offers paid subscription plans managed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

6.1 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified)
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

6.2 Free Trials

• Free trials may be offered at our discretion
• At the end of a trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled
• You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged

6.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law

6.4 Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content, features, functionality, software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by Golden Ears Finance or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

You expressly understand and agree that Golden Ears Finance shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Financial losses from trading or investment decisions
• Losses resulting from reliance on information in the Service
• Missed investment opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Service
• Service interruptions, delays, or unavailability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Ears Finance and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your investment or trading decisions
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause
• Remove or disable any content at our sole discretion
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Golden Ears Finance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Ears Finance regarding your use of the Service.
